iMiNUSD posted this photo I took of Ed Wonka checking out this shitty little aluminum handrail, while he was filming with me in SF. The moment he went for it, it kicked him over the bars and sent him flying like a rocket man 10+ feet out. That’s why you don’t mess with aluminum hand rails.

I made this Advertisement for iMiNUSD, of their boy Ed Wonka scoping out Hollywood High’s 12 stair handrail. While most people consider us to be, criminals, miscreants, and scoundrels, I like to think of us as architecture enthusiasts. We’re just here to admire, and make use of these beautiful architectural designs.
Here’s a screen shot I pulled last weekend of Ed giving 14 year old Gabe Alcantar some last minute advice before riding down this beast of a drop. He drew up quite the crowd during the time he spent on top the building, sizing up the drop. Cars, bikers, pedestrians all stopped and pulled out their iPhones, iPads, and cameras to record Gabe ride off this shit. We began to draw a pretty substantial crowd of on lookers until the inevitable Police Car rolled up on the spot. It was now or never, so Gabe gave it one final crank and hurled himself off the bank to drop.
iMiNUSD recently setup an official webstore on their site, making it easier than ever before to order your shit online. Matt Montoya recently put together this piece for iMiNUSD using the shop’s camera. There’s some clean lines in here, not to mention quite a few night shots. The video features IMD Riders Ed Wonka, Anthony Combs, Matt Montoya, Devon Lawson, Alex Blanco, & Gabe Alcantara. Can’t wait to see more from these guys holding it down for their hometown of San Jose.
Mikul Eriksson was @ the CCP Classic last weekend, covering the event for iMiNUSD. I wasn’t able to make it out for the event, but from what I’ve seen and heard, there was quite a turn out to support the growing FGFS scene in San Jose.
