BIKE CHECK – CA$PAR DENNEHY’S GTB BUILD

October 4, 2019

Caspar Dennehy brought his GTB build by the studio for some quick flicks before we moved from Portland. He’s a ripping musician and came by a handful of the rides we hosted out there. Even making an appearance in our last Super Bowl video. Anyways, track bikes are the best and this triple triangle setup is no exception. It has a whole illuminati thing going for it. Triangles on top of triangles. We especially like the black on black Wheel Talk sticker lurking on that top tube. We see you. Check out more photos below as well as a complete parts breakdown. Can’t beat the bargain bin.

BIKE CHECK – GAVIN REAR’S MUIRANDESSI BUILD

December 3, 2018

The homie Gavin Rear recently came by CHROME HQ to use the studio for a school project and while he was there I took a couple photos of his Muirandessi Track Build. The sparkle paint on this bike is definitely one of the best parts about it. We had to pull the lighting forward and shoot it pretty square to get the sparkle effect to pop. Everytime I see Gavin he’s on a different bike, each one as rad as the last. Shortly after we shot these photos he disassembled this bike and built up something different. We’ll have to wheel his new whip into the studio sometime and get his most current setup.

BOMBTRACK – DASH 2016

September 11, 2015

Dash black side view

BOMBTRACK_2016_PHOTO_COMPLETE_BIKES_DASH_050
Earlier this morning, BOMBTRACK released photos of the new line up of bikes they’ll be rolling out with in 2016. The 2016 DASH comes equipped with a lower stand over height for more clearance over the top tube, shorter dropouts so they don’t hang up on grinds, and more room to slap hub guards on the front end. It’s subtle changes like this that make the DASH the “go to” bike for FGFS. Check out more detail shots below as well as a complete run down of parts and specs.

BIKE CHECK – TAISHI OKUMA

September 3, 2015

Taishi Okuma flew from Fukuoka to SF not only to ride with us and explore the city but to see first hand why “we out here” has become the rally cry of San Francisco. He has been snoozing out in the bungalow beneath my be while he’s staying with us and has already been here for nearly a week. During that time we’ve stacked a ton of footage, which sounds like something we always say, but trust me, the video from his trip will be coming out sooner than later. Until then check out more photos below as well as a complete list of the parts on his FGFS build.
