I found this sequence of Mike Schmitt from the Shredwell 2 days earlier this morning. If you bought the digital download you may recognize it from the set of wallpapers that came with it. Yesterday we explored the more hilly areas of San Francisco in search of some new spots to shred. We ended up kicking it at this park where Devon Lawson hucked this huge 180. What the stair set lacked in height, it made up for in length as he charged full speed at the beast trying to avoid washing out on the gritty ground below. 180’s are one of those tricks that landing it is only half the battle, sticking a clean cab out when you’re coming in hot is a much greater challenge. A couple days ago I took this sequence shot of Dew Sippawit throwing a nollie barspin at the library here in The City. He has that trick better than anybody I’ve ever seen, and could easily be his signature move if he was a character in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater. I’ve been filming with him a ton since he’s been in the states, and have stacked up more than enough to put something together. Be on the look out for a video of him shredding the Bay coming soon.
