FIXED GEAR – GUILLERMO IN DTLA

June 26, 2020

Guillermo Galindo has been a man on a mission lately. His riding has progressed so much in the last year and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. It’s truly amazing to see how far he’s come and I highly suggest you check out his youtube channel. He’s constantly turning out new videos and progressing at everything he puts his mind to. I’ve only known him for a short while, but I can already tell that he’s going places just by his positive mindset and he way he inspires others. Keep charging my dude.

WHEEL TALK – PLUS ULTRA

June 11, 2020

Who doesn’t love leftover pizza. The team really came together for this one, like knights of the round table. Actually this is just a bunch of clips from 2019 that didn’t make their way into other videos edits. I knew there were some extra clips floating around and I’m really glad I went back through to see what didn’t make the first cut. Check out nearly 50 screen shots as well as the custom soundtrack to the video below.

FIXED GEAR SF – HOW TO RIDE YOUR BIKE IN THE RAIN

May 22, 2020

Heavy rains brought flash floods in San Francisco, but that didn’t stop us from going out and riding bikes. This is more of a demonstration than it is a how to but there really isn’t much to riding in the rain. Get yourself some fenders, in our case these “Musguards” and bring a change of clothes if you’re going somewhere. That’s it. After rolling around until our clothes weighed an extra 9lbs, we eventually made our way to MASH SF where Mike Martin gave us both shelter and fresh socks. Shout outs to MASH for always taking care of us. I love a good rainy day in SF. “It’s Just Water” – SMACKTRACKZ

FIXED GEAR / BIKE LIFE – HIGH TIDE IN SAN FRANCISCO

April 21, 2020

Happy holidays everyone. It’s high tide here in San Francisco and we decided to meet up at the Clocktower. As usual. We kept it close and rode wheelies / did fixed gear tricks along Embarcadero before ending up at one of my favorite warehouse spots along the pier. Santos said “JUMP YOUR BIKE” and he’s doing his best to lead by example. What a fine role model. Later that night, Jake 100 + the London fam rolled up to The City. Stay tuned for more bike videos in the Bay Area. RIDERS: Jakob Santos // Andy Sparks // Matt Reyes // Josh Boothby // Matt Bastard // Josh Silva // Designer Lamar

FIXIE GOONS – DA GOON CAT

December 13, 2019

Keep that wheel up! BLOC BOI FAME always brings the heat when it comes to these monthly ride outs, but this one was above and beyond. Riders from all over California met up for this get together in Los Angeles. Bloc threw an alley cat, a trick comp and served up food for everyone in attendance. It’s really great seeing the community come together like this. Check out more photos below.

WHEEL TALK – LONG JUMP CONTEST / VIDEO PREMIERE

October 8, 2019

Signed, sealed, delivered. For the SF Premiere of the latest Wheel Talk video “NO REST”, we decided to make a janky ramp and wheel it down to The Island. Everybody caught some air, with a few people sending it straight into next week. Big ups for everyone who came out to have some fun, and shout out to Mission Workshop for letting us get rowdy in their space. The longest jump on a fixed gear was somewhere around 16 ft in case anybody was wondering.

BIKE CHECK – CA$PAR DENNEHY’S GTB BUILD

October 4, 2019

Caspar Dennehy brought his GTB build by the studio for some quick flicks before we moved from Portland. He’s a ripping musician and came by a handful of the rides we hosted out there. Even making an appearance in our last Super Bowl video. Anyways, track bikes are the best and this triple triangle setup is no exception. It has a whole illuminati thing going for it. Triangles on top of triangles. We especially like the black on black Wheel Talk sticker lurking on that top tube. We see you. Check out more photos below as well as a complete parts breakdown. FGFS PDX – JAOA DANAIKRIT

July 29, 2019

Tomorrow morning we’re dropping a new video of Jaoa Danaikrit, and it’s gunna be a good one. In light of that, we spent some time sorting through photos from our various film missions and assembled some of our favorites. I was broke off during our last Summer in Portland, so Jaoa stepped in to pick up the slack and stack clips for the both of us. He’s not the hero we need, he’s the hero we deserve. Stay tuned, we’ll be premiering the new video at 8AM (PST).
