Blowing off some steam. Our archive says that these photos are from 2024, but somehow they feel older. The sun always shines here in California, but I can tell these were shot in winter by the steam billowing from the manholes on Market Street. Looking back on these photos is encouraging me to bring out my digital camera sometime. I’ve been shooting film exclusively for the last couple of years, and haven’t been sharing much of what’s been captured. I have a bunch of really great black-and-white 120 photos of Jake Lanich from a shoot earlier this month that I’m excited to share, but until then, scroll through and enjoy these.
